Payment
All services must be paid in full before the work starts
Revisions
I will offer 2 (two) revisions after completion.
Extra revisions beyond that will be subjected to a fee depending on the complexity.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel at any time.
Refunds, may be dependent on which step in the commission I am on.
F.A.Q
I get asked a lot of questions...
do you do any last minute orders?
Depends on how last minute we're talking. I will accept orders up until 24 hours out to your event, but will be charged a last minute fee found here!
do you offer payment plans?
Only once the total amount you are getting exceeds a certain threshold, will 50% before and after be considered. Otherwise all payments must be made in full or I will not start the work.
the price says 'x', why was i quoted more expensive?
Because it was likely going to be much more complex, and I would like to be compensated for the extra work put into your commission.
what if i find something i don't like after i've approved and received the commission?
I offer 2 Revisions after the commission is done.
Depending on what the change might be, I may charge extra. If it is an extensive change, and nearly a redo of the entire thing, there will definitrely be a fee.
will you include me in the design process?
I'm always happy to provide progress wips. There will also be times I simply message you to get a feel for if you like the direction I'm going in, which is a chance to have a discussion about changes and revisions.
